Previous K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker would not perform selected operation. Would not dispense desire cup size. Would not complete desire brewing. Replacement machine starting performing same as previous defective machine. Based on K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker, dependability and reliability is highly questionable.
I bought a Keurig coffee maker just a little over a year ago. I liked it so much I bought two . Unfortunately, one stopped working one morning. I found the company and explain the situation and even though it was a month over warranty, they were very good in replacing the machine. I would definitely deal with this company again.
My keurig died roughly 10 days before the warranty ran out. I called keurig and went through the troubleshooting with the customer service person. When she determined that my keurig was was broken, she immediately gave me all the information needed to file a claim. Within two days of filing, I was notified that a new keurig was on it’s way to me. I was also reminded to fill out the new warranty card. I will continue to buy keurig machines as their customer service is excellent.
My Keurig stopped working after 1 year and 10 months. After contacting Keurig they replaced my unit free of charge although my machine was out of warranty. I am very pleased because I love my Keurig and use it daily. Thank you Keurig!
This one is a replacement from one that quit working and it sounds like it's not going to last long. It makes a loud sound when making a cup like the pump is straining.
We replaced an older model Keurig with this K-Supreme about a year ago and immediately started enjoying it’s premium coffee taste. Recently it stopped brewing so I called Keurig customer service to inquire about it’s warranty service. Once I described the issue, the representative was able to start a claim to replace my K-Supreme. I was enjoying my morning coffee once again within a few days.
Such an easy way to make mornings easy! And can have a great varieties of coffees to choose from. Our first one burned out but the customer service was great. No problem. It was replaced easily. That’s why I’d give it 4/5.
