This was a replacement. I've had two Keurigs previously, including this model. All made great coffee. This one is extremely strong and bitter tasting, even at the lowest strength setting. It's not the coffee itself as it's the same brand as always and even came from the same box I brewed with my old Keurig.
I love my Keurig K-Supreme Plus but after just a couple months it stopped working. Keurig Customer Service was awesome and responded to my warranty request immediately and within 5 days, I had a replacement. Thank you Keurig!
I recently had a problem with descaling my K-Supreme Keurig machine. It quit working during the process. Keurig was quick to send a brand new replacement unit out. Easy process and quick delivery. Great Customer Service!

I received this coffee pot as a warranty replacement for on that lasted less than a year. Hoping to repair it, I watched a video on you tube by a man hoping to repair one that was about a year old. He decided it was not designed to be repaired, so I gave up too. I hope my replacement lasts more than a year. My previous Kuerig lasted several years and was still working when it was donated to St. Vincent DePaul.
