I reached out to Keurig and provided them with my receipt and info about my dead unit, and they promptly sent me a replacement. I'm thrilled by the fast resolution and am back to drinking coffee and couldn't be happier. This unit is the perfect shape and size for my kitchen, and gives me all the cup sizes and options I need.
