We have been using Keurig coffeemakers for many years and have been very happy with them. We purchased a couple of the new K-Supreme Plus coffeemakers recently and are very happoy with them. They are an improvement on previous models. They heat the coffee quickly, give you some options, do a better job of extracting the coffee flavor from the K-Cups. Overall, a very nice machine.
Keurig replaced my coffee maker even though the one year warranty was just expired! Extremely helpful and understanding. We have owned a few coffee makers and we love them. We were disappointed that in just a little over a year it stopped working. They sent me a new machine. Very pleased!
I’ve had my replacement for about a week and really enjoy the upgrades (eg, personalized, saved brewing options). What I’m not pleased with, however, is the inability to move the water reservoir to the back of the brewer, thus creating more counter space in a small kitchen. If not for this change, this review would be 5-stars.
Hi. I received the coffee maker as a Christmas gift this year. It stopped working so I called the keareg people and the day after I called them a new coffee ☕ maker was delivered to me. Now that was fast and easy.
Off /on switch failed. I called customer service and we confirmed failure with service desk They had me take photos and confirmation of serial number and send to Keurig. They sent me a new unit the next day via FedEx. This is the ultimate in customer service I have ever experienced.
We had our first K-SupremePlus single serve coffeemaker for 9 months when it just quit on us so we are hoping, and keeping our fingers crossed this one will meet all of our expectations! We love its modern design and the ease of using this one.
We were very happy with our Keurig and with the service we received. I was very happy that we just needed a few simple steps and items to be able to receive another one after it broke. Would recommend it highly because it kept the coffee nice and hot
I purchased my keurig 11 months ago. One morning just stopped working it was dead. I called keurig they were very nice after completing what they asked for, they sent me a brand new keurig just like the one I had. Great Company
