I love my coffee maker. Just wish Keurig would fix the issue with the descale notification. This is my 2nd replacement because the notification cannot be reset after descaling.
This is the 3rd one of the K-Supreme Keurig's I have had in the past year. After a few months when I use Keurig brand reusable K-Cup Filters it quits working properly and water pours out the side instead of coffee through the bottom. I have done all the correct things needed to maintenance my machine by descaling regularly with Keurig brand descaling solution and keeping it clean. As of right now it works great but so did the last two. I am hoping after 6 months is doesn't do the same thing. Our old Keurig we had before this K-Supreme we had for 4 years and it worked great! I wish we still had that one.
This is a free replacement for mine that wouldn’t turn on after less than a year of use. Fortunately I was able to provide Keurig with my purchase receipt and qualify under the warranty. I had another one fail but it was slightly over the warranty. I do love this coffee maker but it is Very touchy, be careful with it if you decide to own one. If it wasn’t a free replacement I would not have purchased it after two failures.
I recently burnt out my Keurig K-Supreme Plus during descaling. I called for troubleshooting guidance and after confirming my unit was in fact dead, the rep told not to despair - it was still under warranty.
After completing the verification process my new unit was delivered in less than a week! I didn't know. the warranty was longer than I thought.

I am really pleased with my new Keurig multi stream. I love that it has temperature control now I always get a hot cup of coffee. The strength setting is good when you have a milder coffee and you want it as strong as possible!
The machine looks great, but it takes forever to brew. I mean longer than two cups would on my other k cup machine. Also, if you descale it like they tell you to….the machine shuts down and breaks. Like my title said, I’m on my third machine in two years. And I had to argue to get them to send this one. Besides that, I like it….
