I purchased this for Christmas 2021 and did have some issues with the unit's functionality and it was immediately replaced via warranty. Unfortunately, it developed an issue again and was replace again via warranty. I love the features and I hope all the bugs are worked out. But Keurig stepped right up with their warranty coverage. I would still recommend.
This is our second K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker. Keurig replaced the first one because it started being very erratic about setting and holding favorites, even after unplugging and re-plugging the unit in. After my second call to them, Keurig promptly replaced the unit and the new one is working great! The only negatives are that the brew time is slower than older Keurig models, and it splatters a bit. But, overall, the quality of the coffee brewed is much better as the pods are pieced with 5 prongs, achieving a fuller coffee taste.
This is our 3rd single serve appliance. Coffee is very convenient, hot and quick. Splashes while brewing if small cup is used. Must use a tall cup or constantly be wiping counter. Be sure to let cup sit a bit upon completion of brewing as it drips a bit.
This was the easiest service call I think I have ever had. Your staff was efficient, the instructions provided were clear and the replacement arrived quickly.
This new coffeemaker is by far the best I have ever purchased. It is so convenient not to have to fill your cup with water daily and pour it into the coffeemaker. It makes the best cup of coffee - you will never want to go to Dunkin Donut's again.
