Purchased my Keurig through Amazon and the machine ceased working while I was descaling. I contacted Keurig customer support and they determined there was no rescuing my machine. Simultaneously, they also checked my warranty and sent me an exact replacement coffee maker.
I had my Keurig machine for 11 months and then it stopped working. I sent the information that I needed to along with pictures. I received my new machine under warranty about 5 days later and also a new one-year warranty. I think the company is awesome!
My keurig had defects after just after a year. I had owned 2 before so I thought this was not right. I called Keurig and after a brief discussion they agreed. They replaced no charge even though it was a month over the warranty. This is what customer service is all about! Thanks!
This is my 2nd machine. Keurig was kind enough to replace it under warranty. I have owned a few Keurig and this one is good but you get grinds in your coffee. I descale and will run just water through it every other day and still get grinds. Not going to switch to a different machine but hopefully they will improve one this
This coffee maker is a replacement for one I bought in 2021. That brewer just quit. I prefer this model because it takes up little counter space. Also the water dispenser is easily accessible to refill. Just hoping this brewer has a little better longevity.
This is the 4th pot I’ve had in 5 year timeframe. Thank goodness for the warranty. The first 2 I paid for before my daughter told me about the warranty.
