My Keurig stopped working after a few months, so I checked online and then contacted Keurig. The representative was friendly & helpful. I sent my purchase info & serial number info to Keurig & they shipped me a new Keurig. Great customer service.
I was so impressed by the customer service of Keurig. This gentleman was so helpful and so patient with me. In this day and age where you can’t even get to call anyone or get nothing but robots, I am so very very much appreciative!
The Keurig Supreme Plus is our very first coffee maker with pods. Don't laugh but we were using a stove top percolator! We adore the convience, the lack of wasted coffee, it let's us choose from 6, 8, 10 or 12 oz.size cups to brew. We like the 3 profiles we can set for personalization. Hubby likes 12 Oz cup strongest and hottest temp. So we set the profile button, therefore he just presses profile button #1 for his morning cup. The water tank had a handle making it easy to fill and the tank holds a whopping 78 oz water! I especially like the capacity and that it doesn't appear big or bulky for as much water as it holds. You can position the tank with the handle facing to the side or to the front to your particular convenience. I really like the "over ice" button for summertime mornings when it's hot and I take my coffee with me to the garden. Oh and the quiet. It's so quiet we have to check to see it we indeed pressed the brew button! It has a small footprint on my counter and has a beautiful sleek modern look that I love. I'm glad we switched from our old way of making coffee, no complaints.
I called Customer Service to report that my coffee maker stopped working and they were very helpful. After troubleshooting and confirming that my coffee maker was damaged, I sent all the photos they required and they went ahead and processed my warranty return immediately. A few days later I received a new coffee maker. Very happy with their service.
bought this about one month ago - coffee is great - holds LTOS of water, so less frequest refills - can make different strengths and temps - BUT, really sounds like it's about to burn out. If all these models sound this way, well ok..... but then that should be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
