Hands down the most helpful, knowledgeable and prompt customer service I have ever dealt with. My previous machine was 10 months in and used A LOT when it suddenly died. I called customer service to see if they could troubleshoot or repair and since it was under warranty they sent out a new replacement. I was on the phone less than 10 minutes, wasn't given a run around and received friendly fast help. I didn't have to deal with the hassle of boxing the old one and returning it, and the new machine arrived within 7 days! Thank you!

I have bought several Keurigs over the years and they usually quit working after a year or close to a year and a half. I tried again and again the same thing happened. I decided this time to call customer service and after speaking with two people, they sent me a brand new replacement. Thank you!
Within 6 months of our Keurig K-Supreme Plus single serv maker, the electronics got wacky. It is just 2 of us at home, we had 4 descaling notifications, cup sizes were not producing the amount of liquid selected, eventually we would get 2 oz of liquid regardless of which selection we made. Nothing was plugging the channels so I called, customer service walked me through some steps and determined it was not working. My replacement was received a week later. so far so good. but the customer service was great. thank you
