Loved our Keurig, then it broke less than a year after purchase. Communication with customer service was excellent. replacement arrived just a few days later.
We have enjoyed our K-Supreme Plus. After 6 months of use I had a small issue with the descaler mode and after talking with Keurig they replaced the unit.
They stand behind their warranty and the speedy turn around time will keep me as a customer
This is a replacement for a faulty unit. The customer service team has been great to replace the unit. Strength and hot buttons work correctly. Multi stream function is an excellent feature. The only issue is the size of the k-cups that will cause this feature from working.

When my K Supreme plus stopped working I call the manufacturer for some tips on how I might fix it. After asking a few questions and failed attempts to restart the coffee maker they said that they would replace it at no charge. That is exactly what they did. I am very happy with my new coffee maker and the support I received. Five stars
Bought a new keurig that malfunctioned a few months later. Called Keurig and it was very easy to get a replacement at no cost. Hopefully this one will last.
We purchased our keurig in target earlier this year. It burned from the inside out. Keurig replaced it I’m guessing with a refurbished keurig. We’ve had it a couple weeks and now it’s not working. We have to hit the brew button several times before it brews a cup of coffee. Sometimes it will brew correct amount and sometimes it brews less or more than we select. Very disappointed with this model keurig.
