Our original coffee maker died in about 7 months, and Keurig sent a replacement free of charge. I do hope this one lasts. We do love the K-Supreme Plus. They gave us zero flack replacing it.

I love the sleek design. It takes up less room and brews quieter than my previous Keurig. You don't have to wait for it to heat up when you first turn it on. The reservoir pitcher makes it so much easier to refill the water. There are more size options to brew with, an option to brew over ice, different coffee strengths and temps to choose from. I live in a high altitude and there's a setting for that.
