bought this about one month ago - coffee is great - holds LTOS of water, so less frequest refills - can make different strengths and temps - BUT, really sounds like it's about to burn out. If all these models sound this way, well ok..... but then that should be fixed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my K supreme Keurig and was disappointed when the pump stopped working. After chatting with the service department on possible fixes they were prompt about replacing the machine. Once you go to the convenience of Keurig there is no going back!!!
I have j ad Keurig machines for many years. This edition gives more control to fine tune your specific preference. I had purchased this model about five months ago and it suddenly stopped working(disappointing). Kuerig replaced the machine as it was still under warranty.
