I decided to give keurig another chance, now that yhey have temp control. I like HOT coffee. This is nearly there. This device is easy to use, has 3 programmable presets, with temp and strength control of three settings each. There is also an "over ice" setting. There is a carbon filter in the water canister. My Thermos brand travel mug BARELY fits, but if it fits, it sits.
We had to buy the original Supreme 9 Months ago because the one before it failed after 18 months and Keurig wouldn't do anything about that one. This one failed after 9 months we were lucky it was still under warranty or else we would have had to buy another new coffee maker.
Hands down the most helpful, knowledgeable and prompt customer service I have ever dealt with. My previous machine was 10 months in and used A LOT when it suddenly died. I called customer service to see if they could troubleshoot or repair and since it was under warranty they sent out a new replacement. I was on the phone less than 10 minutes, wasn't given a run around and received friendly fast help. I didn't have to deal with the hassle of boxing the old one and returning it, and the new machine arrived within 7 days! Thank you!

I have bought several Keurigs over the years and they usually quit working after a year or close to a year and a half. I tried again and again the same thing happened. I decided this time to call customer service and after speaking with two people, they sent me a brand new replacement. Thank you!
