I really loved this coffee maker when we got it but we have had to replace it 3 times in 7 months. There is always something all of a sudden not working. Very frustrating but Keurig service has been great with the replacements. Its just no fun without a coffee maker while waiting for the replacement.
Nice to see a company stand behind their warranty. Machine stopped working. Called support and received a free replacement within one week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great brewer. Unfortunately it stopped working- it went completely dead. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate how they stand behind their product and sent me a new brewer in less than a week.
We love Keruig. They are one of the few companies that stand behind their products. This coffee maker is sleek, and makes the perfect cup for both of us. I Jane my setting and he has his. Each cup comes out perfect each time.
This machine allows for various water temperature and coffee strength which is ideal in a family with 4 adults. My only regret is that it broke before we even had it for a year. But I have to say Keurig immediately replaced it with a new one. I have been a long time customer and get coffee shipped every month.
The CS guy was terrific walked me through diagnostics and determined it was defective. Arranged for a new one and I had it in about a week. Cannot say enough good things.
We enjoy our K-Supreme Plus. The 5 injectors make a world of difference. I use the prepackaged coffee K-cups and the K-cup filled with my ground coffee. We had to replace our K-Supreme and the service dept. was great to work with.
Our Keurig quit working during our morning coffee routine. I called customer support, explained what had happened and they had a new K-Supreme Plus machine shipped to us that day. It even arrived earlier that expected. Great customer support.
