OMG, I LOVE this new Keurig K-Supreme Plus coffee maker. It is so easy to use and it is QUIET. This is my third Keurig machine, and the best one so far. I cannot find a single thing I would change. Thank you, Keurig.
I have had a single serve Keurig for many years and never had any issues. I bought this new one because I liked being able to have an easy to fill water reservoir, which is great, but unfortunately as the coffee is brewing and dispensing, the coffee splashes and spits all over the counter. I had never experienced this problem with the other two Keurig single serve coffee makers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the newest Keruig coffee maker and the different settings it has available. Love that 3 people can have preprogrammed settings for their beverages
I have had a couple of Keurigs and because my last one stopped working after about 5 years, I decided to try the K- Supreme+. The first one I received worked great for about a week & then stopped working. It was saying to descale even though I only used it for a week. I tried descaling it anyway, but it was still telling me to descale. It did work if I shut it off in between making each cup. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one. This did the same thing. I am still using it because it works okay and I like my coffee hot and fresh, which it does deliver. I am, however, disappointed because I never experienced this with my other Keurigs. It says to descale but it shouldn’t need to be descaled for a while yet. They need to fix this problem soon so people will not think there is something wrong and maybe not recommend it to other people. If not for this flaw, I probably would have given it 5 stars. Come on Keurig, fix this soon!

This is my second Keurig (my first one finally gave up after 10 yrs). Just replaced it with the new machines. great coffee and love the slimmer footprint
