This was a replacement of another previous Keurig machine that broke after just two years of occasional use. Just 3 days shy of the end of the 1 year warranty, this machine stopped powering up. Thankfully, it was covered under warranty and a new machine was sent to us. My experience is that Keurig machines are both expensive and unreliable.
I recently experienced a problem with my brewer and contacted support. They handled the problem quickly and since it was not repairable, the warranty replacement was handled quickly.
My coffee maker started smoking a little, smelled electrical. It did not turn on after that. Call customer service and they went out of their way to replace my machine. Awesome customer service
I can not tell you how pleased I am with this machine. I love, love, love it. I have told everyone I know to buy one. It is the best. Thank you Keriug.
