We enjoy our K-Supreme Plus. The 5 injectors make a world of difference. I use the prepackaged coffee K-cups and the K-cup filled with my ground coffee. We had to replace our K-Supreme and the service dept. was great to work with.
Our Keurig quit working during our morning coffee routine. I called customer support, explained what had happened and they had a new K-Supreme Plus machine shipped to us that day. It even arrived earlier that expected. Great customer support.
Purchased this machine 9/21 and have replaced 2 machines in 13 months. When this machines quits working I probably won't buy another Keurig, I've had 7 Keurigs in 12 years.they just don't hold up making 2 or 3 cups a day. Funny thing my 30yr old Mr. Coffee still works, I use it while waiting for my replacement Keurig machines. How ironic.
Just a little over warranty and it failed. My previous Keurig was 5 years old and working and I replaced it for the new and improved one, only to have it fail. After discussing my dissatisfaction they replaced it for me.
My Keurig K-Plus quit working during the descaling process and since it was less than a year old I called warranty service. They were quick to respond, had me check a couple ways to be sure it wasn’t working then processed a replacement. I was very impressed with their service, response and quick delivery of the new unit
Had a problem with my K-Supreme and called customer service. A got a very pleasant man who after asking me a few questions about the problem I was having told he me what I needed to do to get my new replacement with warranty. It was all a very easy and pleasant experience. I received my new Keurig in less than a week!!!! Thank you Keurig!!!
