Got one when we moved, lasted about 9 months. Called keurig and they replaced it no problem. Love that service and thrilled with the new unit. Happy camper.
I was disappointed that my Keurig died less than a year after purchase. I called the Keurig customer service line and after providing the proper proof of purchase, my Keurig was replaced in less than a week. Very pleased with the customer service of Keurig, would highly recommend.
We have had several Keurig in the past. I bought our first K-Supreme Plus one year ago and we are waiting for our FOURTH warranty replacement to arrive. Two people, residential, 10-15 cups of coffee and ice tea a day and they have all failed, the most recent one after three months. As long as they keep replacing them I guess I shouldn't complain, I offered to upgrade to a more reliable model but they said this one is it! We had to buy a simple single cup to use while the replacement was being shipped.
I had a Keurig that had been hardly used and it broke. Would not turn on. I called and Keurig company customer service department and they replaced it under the warranty. I had filled out the paperwork when I first purchased it. They were extremely professional and helpful. I am so grateful for such responsive people. Hats off to Keurig!
It’s a wonderful coffeemaker - the best! Even better is the customer service! If you have any issues, they resolve it immediately for you, which is great. Will always have a Keurig in my kitchen amen my office!
I love this machine. When I received it it sounds like air is in it. The noise that it makes is like air bubbling up in the water. So very very loud. Not like the other one or my daughters machine.
Had our Keurig for a year with no issues, but during the descaling it ended up dying. I called Keurig and once troubleshooting showed it was truly broken, I was immediately helped and told what to upload to get a free replacement (receipt, pix of unit and pix of serial number.) Replacement came very promptly.
