This is second replacement, under warranty from original purchase, and finally, one that seems to be working. Love the convince of the Keurig, don’t care for the new design, it’s awkward fitting.
Had a great experience when I called about a problem with my “just out of warranty “ machine. Customer service rep was pleasant and helpful; manager was responsive; shipped a new unit that arrived in 3 days!
This is my 4th Keurig, I always upgrade because I like the new features. But no matter what Keurig I use I always get the perfect brew and best tasting coffee
