Bought this after being unhappy with carafe system that was inconsistent. This allows you to brew to your specific tastes one cup at a time. Which is awesome since we have multiple folks in the house that have different preferences. Highly recommend.
Had an issue with it after less than a year and customer support helped me out with very little hassle. I say little because the retailer I got it from originally sold me a used machine without disclosing it was refurbished. Really appreciate Keurig standing by their product.

I bought this model three months ago and it only lasted 1 month. Keurig was quick to send me a new one, which I appreciated. I wish I had bought a simpler model because the fancier ones don't last. I've gone through 4 Keurigs in 2 years. My single serve has lasted 4 years. This model doesn't get the coffee hot enough.

I have used the Keurig products for several years and have have purchased some for my friends also as gifts. They are user friendly and unit makes a great cup of hot coffee or hot water if I choose. I would recommend this wonderful coffee machine to anyone wanting to have a hassle free cup of their favorite beverage. Customer service was excellent when dealing with my product replacement.
