Great purchase. Love the handle on water reservoir, makes it so much easier to refill. The brewer is easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Very happy with it so far.

I love this coffee maker when it works. Mine just stopped working after a few months but when I called Keurig I was met with the number of hoops I had to jump to to receive a replacement! After 3 days I finally found someone who agreed to send me a new coffee maker
