I purchased my second Keurig in May 2022 for some reason it broke . I called number and Keurig replaced it no problem - I sent old one to them and within 2 weeks a new coffee maker was sent to me - they picked it up after I boxed it at no cost - representative was courteous and helpful - thank u
When I finally figured how to operate coffee maker I realized the instructions should have included "do not use distilled water" they should also say "do not use purified or spring water" - which I have always used in my "old" Keurig with no problem - but could not get this one to do anything except blink "add water" even after I added water over and over again. I finally tried our well water - and it worked like a charm.
The coffee make worked great.. Unfortunately it failed to power up one day and I had to talk to the Keurig warranty group. After going through the normal trouble shooting process it was determined that the coffee maker was defective. After providing the proper information a replacement unit was sent out within days. Cant say enough good things about Keurig, coffee is great and the warranty process is outstanding.
This is my third brewer. The first caught fire. It was replaced by Keurig with my second one, which would not “descale” after multiple attempts. It was replaced by Keurig with my current brewer. It’s only been a week…but at least it makes decent coffee.
I have been buying keurig products for around 7 years And I recently bought a new K Supreme plus around 2 months later this product stopped working and I didn't have my recipe but they took care of me and sent me a new one.
