My brewer had issues less than a year after I bought it. I called customer service, the rep was extremely helpful. I received my free replacement within 48 hours. No hassels at all. Keurig certainly stands behind their products!
Disappointed - brew temp is warm at best. Doesnt brew that hot cup of coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been very happy with my K-Supreme. I like the features, small footprint on the counter and looks good. This is a replacement, had an issue with my first one at roughly 10 months of flawless ownership. Contacted Keurig customer service and they were outstanding. Quickly replaced it under warranty no hassle to me. Would definitely recommend the K-Supreme and Keurig to others!!
There was a problem with our original Keurig of this model but had registered it and the replacement was handled quickly and without any issues. We have had other Keurig models but this is my favorite.
Just returned same coffee maker cause it was defective- it kept saying to descale after I did like 4x. The coffee maker was replaced by Keurig and now new machine is doing the same same thing!! Had my last Keurig for over 10 years and never had a problem.
We have been using Keurig Coffeemakers for years and we have been happy with each one we've purchased. And Keurig's warranty is great if you have any problems with their products.
