Very happy with the quick and simple response and resolution of Keurig when our coffee maker just stopped working. It took one simple phone call and within a couple days they shipped a new one to my door. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly customer service representatives. This was our second unit to die right before one year. Hoping this one lasts. 5 stars for customer service. 3 stars for the product.
We had a similar unit that very suddenly stopped powering up after a few short months. It was a gift, and the gift giver had since passed away. The customer service at Keurig was extremely helpful and replaced the unit without a receipt! We simply had to provide some photos and the serial number of the unit, and they sent us a brand new replacement!
We enjoyed our Keurig coffee maker and suddenly it stopped working. We received it as an anniversary gift and our friends that got it for us now live in Europe, so it would’ve been difficult to gather the purchase information to have warranty coverage. Keurig Customer Service was excellent to work with and as our unit was only in use for about 4 months, they were able to help us get it replaced. They obviously care about how their customers pass along their experiences to others. Can’t say enough good things about Keurig and the people who represent them! We’re again enjoying our Keurig coffee maker. Thank you.
I upgraded to the Keurig K-supreme after having different Keurig makers for many years & liked all the features, but it stopped working within a year of purchase. I was very impressed with the ease & quickness of warranty replacement process so I could start enjoying my coffee again.
