I have used the Keurig products for several years and have have purchased some for my friends also as gifts. They are user friendly and unit makes a great cup of hot coffee or hot water if I choose. I would recommend this wonderful coffee machine to anyone wanting to have a hassle free cup of their favorite beverage. Customer service was excellent when dealing with my product replacement. Great Job.
