Great purchase for coffee lovers. It gives a more robust taste of whatever coffee you like and you can adjust temperature and strength to your taste. I love it!!
I received mine a couple of weeks ago. Very simple to use. When you load a pod, the machine automatically turns on and will shut down on its own a short time after brewing is completed. Lots of options for temp, strength, and amount. My favorite part is that it heats up really quickly...within 10 seconds or so. The only issue I see relates to the amount of grounds that end up in your cup on occasion, but running a rinse brew seems to help.
This is an excellent coffeemaker. The large water reservoir is so easy to fill and replace. The instant on and off feature is great. Five needle holes in the cup make for faster and better brewing.
I've had this model about a month. I love the larger reservoir, and the quick start up.
I was disappointed that I had to buy special reusable pods. I wish the marketing made this clear. Also, disappointed with the way it splatters coffee onto my counter when brewing.
We bought this for a small office and I love it. The strength and temp features are amazing. It always a custom brew compared to the other Keurigs that I have used. It's smaller than what we had before, but not basic. It is a great purchase.

Disappointed of quality

It is a nice looking machine and coffee taste great. The only thing it spatters all over the counter and the machine. To avoid this you need to use a tall cup to cover the gap. I emailed support and hoping that there is a solution to this problem. Waiting for their response. If you don’t want to wipe your counter after each cup, don’t get this machine. It is pricy for the quality.

I bought this in October, and already stopped working. I returned it. I really liked how well it worked, until it didn't. I will buy another one. And hope for better luck. If that one dies I won't buy another. I don't want to be stuck out.

We recently purchased our K Supreme Plus and loved it. After 3 days, it said to "descale" and then the next day would not turn on. Keurig promptly replaced. Our new unit also told us to descale after only a few days of use and continues to require descaling every week. We use filtered, softened water, followed all set up directions, all descaling directions to the letter. The flavor and convenience is great, but this descaling issue is quiet frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
