The new Kurig was sent to me to replace one that was not functioning. The new one is doing the same thing dripping three streams of water instead of brewing coffee. I am now using my old farberware coffee pot.
We had an issue with our Keurig. We called customer service and they ran us through some troubleshooting steps. When nothing worked, they offered to replace our machine free of charge. It was very quick and easy and we received a new machine within days.
My unit just went completely dead after only 6 months and after sending two pictures and two phone calls, Keurig sent me the exact replacement unit. Thanks
This is the third machine we have had. The original and two warranty replacements. The original and first replacement deteriorated after about a year and half to the point coffee was not good. We will see about this last replacement. As far as Keurig replacing under warranty, they have been fantastic. Understood the problem and promptly sent out a replacement machine. Very pleased with the company. We shall see about the machine!
