This was a replacement warranty single serve K-Cup coffee maker. What a wonderful coffee maker! It has a larger reservoir than most on the market for making many cups of perfect coffee!
Very happy with the quick and simple response and resolution of Keurig when our coffee maker just stopped working. It took one simple phone call and within a couple days they shipped a new one to my door. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly customer service representatives. This was our second unit to die right before one year. Hoping this one lasts. 5 stars for customer service. 3 stars for the product.
We had a similar unit that very suddenly stopped powering up after a few short months. It was a gift, and the gift giver had since passed away. The customer service at Keurig was extremely helpful and replaced the unit without a receipt! We simply had to provide some photos and the serial number of the unit, and they sent us a brand new replacement!
