The customer service at Keurig were very helpful and understanding to the issue that I was having with the machine and immediately suggested to send me a replacement to the machine that I had. I didn't even think of switching to another brand. I have been using Keurig for the past 5 years now. Extremely happy with their product.
My first coffee maker quick working about 4 months after I purchase it. Lost receipt but Keurig sent me a new one. They were great. I really like this model with the handle in the water reservoir. Skip the model with Wi-Fi and just get the regular K-Supreme. I have owned many Keurig makers and this is my favorite by far.
I've used a Keurig machine for years and have had this new one for little over a year. low and behold the machine went out quit brewing anything. thanks to Keurig they replace the machine with a new one and all is good! Thank you Keurig!
My K-Supreme died after 6 months of owing while I was doing the descaling process. I called Keurig and they sent a replacement within a week. Fabulous service!
I love this coffee maker. No need to wait while it heats up, and very easy to use ground coffee along with the coffee pods. My daughter is visiting, and she says she will get one when she gets home.
