This is the third machine we have had. The original and two warranty replacements. The original and first replacement deteriorated after about a year and half to the point coffee was not good. We will see about this last replacement. As far as Keurig replacing under warranty, they have been fantastic. Understood the problem and promptly sent out a replacement machine. Very pleased with the company. We shall see about the machine!
I called because my Keurig started spraying coffee instead of a stream. Also having a problem using pods and not producing coffee. The gentleman that was helping me decided it would have to be replaced and was still under warranty. A new Keurig was delivered to me. Amazing service.

I had received this often as a gift in April 2022, during the descaling process in August 2022, the Keurig conked out, no power at all. I called Keurig and they tried to tell me it was out of warranty. How? Idk. After several phone calls between BBand B and Keurig, several pics, electronic receipts, Keurig FINALLY sent a replacement. This process took almost a month +….
My keurig broke the night before my birthday. It was as if the company knew I NEEDED coffee.. the replacement came a day later. Great customer service! So far the replacement is doing great!
We’ve had different Keurigs for years and this one is the best yet. For the 1st time we also had a heating problem and the Support Tesm was excellent in helping us resolve it.
