Keurig has great customer service. I called with an issue with my coffee maker, we discussed the issue, they talked me thru a cleaning procedure, then suggested we try a differen coffee, which they sent ma at no charge. After using the different coffee, I still had an issue. Keurig sent me a replacement coffeed maker within 3 days. They exceeded my expectations.
We are very pleased with our coffee maker, especially that it punctures 5 holes in the K-cup for additional flavor. Also enjoy that there are several ways to select the size of cup, amount of heat and strength of the coffee. They all are Keurig coffee makers but this is best one we have owned to date
This is a replacement for a faulty unit. I’ve had 5 of these same coffee makers burn up following their Descale programs. Suggest that you live with the Descale message.
Love this machine but, as happens sometimes, things do go wrong. However, this was probably the BEST customer service response I have ever received. Pleasant customer service representative and extremely quick response in sending the replacement. Happily using our new K-cup coffee maker!
My wife and I purchased a Keurig Supreme Plus coffee maker which quit working 3 months after we bought it. We were extremely pleased with the support we got from Customer Service and we received a replacement machine in less than a week! Well done Keurig!!
