Like many people, I have had numerous Keurig machines. I have never been disappointed with being an owner of their products or the selection of coffees to choose from. I can honestly say that whenever I have had an issue, the Customer Service has been phenomenal! I will be a Keurig customer for life!
This coffee maker does everything maker should do. Works great, makes a great cup of coffee and saves counter space, I will always recommend this machine to anyone who asks. I may buy another one for our vacation house at Myrtle Beach.
My K-Supreme would even turn on one day. I called the number I received after I purchased it. A very nice lady asked me a few questions got my serial number and started explaining a new one was on the way and what I should do with the old one. I couldn't believe it was that easy,so I made her repeat it. I received a brand new one in a few days and set it up and began enjoying my coffee again I was very impressed with service given to me.
I just updated our Keurig to the Supreme and so happy I did. It' doesn't take up as much counter space, it heats instantly and it doesn't make any noise while heating. It also has a special setting that remembers the way you like your coffee so you just select one button. My husband likes his coffee different from the way I like mine so it allows you to program it that way. It's fantastic!
I replaced my K-Supreme Coffee Marker using the warranty. The replacement process was simply outstanding. I just answered a few questions, emailed some photos of my broken Coffee machine and in less than three days to got my very new Coffe Maker machine which works wonderfully.
I had my Keurig K-Supreme for only 10.5 months when it suddenly stopped powering up. I called Keurig and after trying all the remedies, they very cheerfully replaced it. I had my new Keurig K-Supreme within days. I am so pleased with their service and pleasant people to work with. Love my Keurig!!
My coffee maker failed on Sunday morning. To my surprise I called Keurig immediately and an associate answered the the phone. She diagnosed the situation, process the claim and we enjoyed our first cup of coffee from the new unit 4days later. We were thrilled with how the process worked.
