Our less than a yr old Keurig wouldn’t turn on one morning. I called Keurig and they sent a new one no questions asked. That’s only one of the reasons why we love Keurig
My K-Supreme Plus was still under warranty when it stopped working. I called customer service and they were very helpful. Sent me an email of what I needed to send them which did not include having to send the brewer back. Got an email later that day that the new one had already shipped. Received it two days later. Very pleased.
I received a replacement Keurig and I am happy with the end result of how customer service assisted me with my issue. They communicated well and kept there promise on the replacement. Thank you!
We bought the K-Supreme Plus and regrettably this is our third maker over the past 2 years. It just stopped working? Keurig has replaced them without any issue and very quickly. My concern is why do they keep failing and has Keurig made changes to their makers to prevent these failures?
We upgrade to K Supreme a little over a year ago and really liked the design, the larger tank, more flavorful coffee and more compact footprint compared to our previous Keurg. A little after one year of use it suddenly stopped working, wouldn’t turn on, what a frustration after having used our old one for at least 10 years. Well, called Keurig customer service, who provided replacement quite fast. Kudos to Keurig for standing behind theirnproducts.
Although the people who work customer serves have all been very gracious and helpful this is the third machine ill be calling them on for another replacement making this the 4th unit. All have the same problem and three have only worked one or two times then they just stop working with coffee pods or any pods used. I have had keurig products for years and enjoyed them however this upgrade isn't work the plastic it made from plus the coffee comes out tasting nasty and acidity.
