I was cleaning my brewer, it quit on me. It had been a little more than a year since I purchased the product and I was certain the warranty would not be honored. SO wrong. It was honored and they made it so easy!! Thank you Keurig!!!

Bought my k supreme plus 10 months ago, it just stopped working, after jumping through a few hoops they sent me a new one. Thanks Keurig. I only drink one cup a day so this is perfect for me.
I replaced my Keurig 2.0 with K-Supreme Plus because I wanted the "5 hole" brewer and the more modern look. Initially I was disappointed that the K-Supreme Plus doesn't have the colored lights or touchscreen of the 2.0, but I soon learned that less can be more. I love the simplicity of the K-Supreme Plus. And I makes better coffee. Also, the "over ice" setting is awesom.
