I had my Keurig K-Supreme for only 10.5 months when it suddenly stopped powering up. I called Keurig and after trying all the remedies, they very cheerfully replaced it. I had my new Keurig K-Supreme within days. I am so pleased with their service and pleasant people to work with. Love my Keurig!!
My coffee maker failed on Sunday morning. To my surprise I called Keurig immediately and an associate answered the the phone. She diagnosed the situation, process the claim and we enjoyed our first cup of coffee from the new unit 4days later. We were thrilled with how the process worked.
One phone call was all it took to replace my favorite K-Supreme brewer when it wouldn’t run through the descaling process. My new unit came in a few days and I’m completely happy. Thanks for standing behind your excellent products!

I bought a Keurig back in April & after four months, a faulty heating element (that was the guess) lead to its demise. I was crushed. However, I got in touch with Keurig & they were immaculate in the handling of my issue. I felt heard & understood & they had a new machine to me within days (didn’t even have to go a week without coffee). Now that I have it, after several weeks, we’ve realised the original machines defects effected a lot of things. The new one is phenomenal & quiet! It also comes out at the perfect temp (we had to put it to 3 every time before). I love this machine & I’m so glad Keurig has great service.
I am so happy to have a K-Supreme Plus that seems to work properly

Our replacement from the first new, broken kuerig broke as well. Each last about 3 months. Our initial coffee maker was great lasted years. Very disappointed
