Unfortunately my K supreme plus stopped working but Keurig’s great customer service took care of me. Within just a few days I received a replacement. Thank you Keurig!
This coffee maker is great! It heats up lightning fast, and makes a 12 ounce cup of coffee in no time! Keurig is the absolute best, their customer service is the best!!!
I was so sad when my previous K Supreme plus stopped making a cup of coffee and I tried all the You Tube and troubleshooting suggestions on the pdf from Keurig, but was happy to find that I was still under one year warrantee and was sent a new K-Supreme Plus from Keurig and also have a brand new warrantee on this coffee maker.
I was very pleased that the person I talked to at Keurig did not doubt my story that the descaling process not only didn’t work, but resulted in the burning out of the unit. I was also very pleased that the unit was replaced even though I didn’t have the original receipt, but only that we had registered the unit when we purchased it. Finally, I was surprised and very pleased that the replacement process went very smoothly and that I received the new brewer much sooner than I expected.
Keurig replaced my K-Supreme unit, because it quit within the warranty. The Keurig service was perfectly efficient and complete. Very happy with the replacement unit and enjoying my DON PABLO SUPREME K-Cups again. Five stars for the customer service.
