One call and Keurig made the replacement a piece of cake! Easy replacement and delivery was only a three day wait without having to return the old coffee maker which had stopped making and full cup. Thanks for doing the right thing Keurig!
Unfortunately my K supreme plus stopped working but Keurig’s great customer service took care of me. Within just a few days I received a replacement. Thank you Keurig!
This coffee maker is great! It heats up lightning fast, and makes a 12 ounce cup of coffee in no time! Keurig is the absolute best, their customer service is the best!!!
I was so sad when my previous K Supreme plus stopped making a cup of coffee and I tried all the You Tube and troubleshooting suggestions on the pdf from Keurig, but was happy to find that I was still under one year warrantee and was sent a new K-Supreme Plus from Keurig and also have a brand new warrantee on this coffee maker.
