I am so pleased with my Keurig. I loved my coffee maker and when it died my husband was mortified. I called Keurig and within 3 days I had a replacement coffee maker. I have a 1 cup Keurig that we use when traveling so it saved the day but the service I received was spectacular.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very prompt replacement

I received my replacement brewer very promptly, in a matter of a week, however I have had it a little more than a month and it has quit working already, very sad to even write this review. Not sure what the replacement is on a replacement brewer.
A customer service representative was outstanding and walked me through the replacement process it was quick easy and I had my new Keurig within three days
My Keurig broke within the warranty period. It was quickly replaced with a new one. Great customer service. The only complaint I have is that cup sizes differ every time.
I called Kuerig because I had a defective brewer. After emailing proof of purchase a new one was shipped out and in my home in less than a week . This one works perfectly.
