I purchased a Keurig Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee maker and it worked great! I don't even drink coffee!! But it was fantastic to have when friends visited. I didn't have it quite a year and all of a sudden it just stopped. All I did was contact Keurig and instantly a new one showed up at my door. Thus a great company backing their product. Hard to find now days. I would recommend a Keurig to all who are in the need for a great coffee pot!! Or for Tea or Hot Chocolate...

This is a replacement for one that quit working. Keurig was prompt in sending me a new one. I love this style and I would be lost without a Keurig! Great customer service always.

Good apart from the messy splashing

This machine works well and I would give it a much better review if it didn't have one rather annoying thing. When you put a mug underneath quite a bit misses the mug and splashes all over the countertop, making a mess that needs wiping up every time. I worked out ok solution that helps by putting the mug on a little homemade stand, so all they need to do is to make the base variable height like my old Tassimo coffee maker had, such a simple solution so I don't know why they haven't updated the machine yet. God knows what a mess it will make if I ever try to use an espresso cup, I will probably have to hold the cup up to the machine to make sure there isn't a complete mess.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had my K-Supreme for about 3 months and started having issues with a leak around the needles in the apparatus. I called to ask about a replacement gasket and after asking a bunch of questions about what was happening they told me it would be best to replace the whole unit just to make sure I had an optimum experience. I received a replacement unit three days later! The situation was handled very professionally and promptly.
This coffee maker is wonderful! I had an older model that was handed down to my daughter who took it to her work. The new one is fast and I love the selection of strengths and I don’t have to fill the water as often. Very happy with it.
