We just received our fourth Keurig and not one has lasted through the warranty period. I just don't understand how the brewer hasn't been recalled as we can't be the only ones.
We bought this Keurig less than a year ago. It is a good coffee maker. Even though it lasted less than a year the warranty was in place and we got a new one very quickly. Good customer service but hopefully the new one will last longer.
We got this unit to replace the one the quit on us. We always love this unit it works great for us in the early morning. Just happy that Keurig replace the coffee maker without ant problems
Keurig Customer Support was helping us troubleshoot our defective stopped working Keurig Brewer. They sent us a Warranty Replacement which is working very good. Thank You Keurig.
I called expecting a hassle to fix my Keurig. Instead, I found helpful understanding people. They could not have been any nicer. They were a pleasure to work with and a good example for other customer service operations to follow.
I bought my Keurig in January and in August it stopped working. I registered it when I purchased so it was still under warranty. The return and replacement process was so east and I received my new Keurig in 3 days.
My 10 month old Keurig suddenly had no power. Keurig’s warranty department was a joy to work with and within a week I had my new Keurig replacement and was able to once again enjoy a great cup of coffee. Thank you Keurig for making the replacement process so easy.
