This our second machine and it is even better than our first one. It is easier to use than our old one in two ways. The reservoir is on the side for convenient access. Lifting the handle turns the machine on and you can program the strength and temperature preferences for more than one person. Little improvements like that make me happy!
We called regarding power problem with our current K-Supreme. The person walked us through sending the right info to them and they sent a replacement in less than a week!! So easy!
My brother gave it to us for Christmas. When there was an electrical problem, Keurig replaced it with a new one as it was still in warranty. We received it the next day!
I’ve been using the Keurig system for many years. I bought the supreme and after one year it stopped working. When I called customer service, with no questions asked, they sent a replacement unit.
I submitted an email just yesterday explaining the issues the new unit I received on Aug 17th. Has !!!! I have to unplug every night as it hummmmms !!!! In the morning I plug up & unplug 3 or 4 times before it will accept my decision!!!! 10oz May give me 3 ozs. 4 oz overfills the cup!!! I requested an exchange of the level up!!!!
Purchased this about 10 months ago. Upon the second cleaning procedure the machine 'died'. Called Keurig to explain what happened and after establishing that the warranty applies, they sent another unit. I was expecting to get my morning coffee elsewhere for several days when, lo and behold, the new unit showed up the second day. WOW!!!
I've had various versions of Keurig over the years, THIS one is THE best! You can customize you brew strength. I was a die hard Starbucks French Roast gal, unti I tried a brand called Revv. Orange box. If you ever get the chance to buy it, Do so! I customize this Keurig to full strength, hottest temp @ 12 ounces. I haven't bought SB since.
