I called Kuerig because I had a defective brewer. After emailing proof of purchase a new one was shipped out and in my home in less than a week . This one works perfectly.
My wife and I received the K-Supreme Plus as a wedding present and fell in love with it. We use it everyday! It stopped working due to a defect in the model around 8-9 months after receiving the gift. Called Keurig up and they sent us a new one for free! We really appreciate them doing us right and standing by their products. We will continue buying Keurig coffee makers going forward because we want to support good companies like this.
I owned t this wonderful coffee maker but after following the instructions to descale it the descale request never went away. I called Keurig and we tried to fix the problem to no avail. So, Keurig replaced it! It still makes coffee and I will donate it. I am hopeful that when it is time to descale the new machine it will do fine.
I ordered my third Keurig and have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Up until now I have been very happy. But this last time I ordered a K Cup supreme that has a stainless steel base. Since day one I have noticed a metal like taste to my coffee or tea that I brew. I have spoke to 3 different representatives they have all promised me a manager would call me back and it has not happened. Without my awareness a replacement Keurig was sent but it was the same model that had the same issue. Unfortunately this company has lost my loyalty.
I had used my K-Supreme daily for over a year when it stopped working. After trying to descale it numerous times unsuccessfully, I contacted Customer Support for help, who walked me through a few troubleshooting ideas to no avail. So, even though my warranty had expired two months earlier, and I couldn't locate my receipt, I was still offered a new coffee maker. Unbelievable. Thankfully I had registered the coffee maker when I bought it, which was how they could locate the specifics of my purchase. After this positive experience, I am now a lifelong customer of Keurig.
My Kurig had stopped working and it was a k-Supreme Plus. I called the company and they were very professional and honored the warranty. They sent me a new one I would recommend this company to everyone.
