My Keurig suddenly stopped working one day, wouldn’t turn on at all. I tried all the troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. I called to see what could be done and I got a fast response and a new one was sent to me. It arrived fast too! Very good customer service!
I love how easy Keurig made it for me to order a brand new coffee machine after mine just completely stopped working and wouldn’t turn on after many attempts. Thank you!!

We had this Keurig for several months when it suddenly stopped working. I called Keurig customer service Wednesday afternoon and to my amazement a brand new replacement arrived Friday afternoon!! Thanks Keurig!
I have had two of these Keurig machines go bad, each at the 10-month point. Although this is not ideal, Keurig as a company has been wonderful to work with on fulfilling their warranty. It is greatly appreciated that Keurig stands behind its promises. The return staff have also been extremely helpful and easy to work with.
