This is the third replacement they have sent. My original one lasted years. Upgraded to this hunk of crap. This is the third new one in less than two years.
I've owned keurig coffee makers for quite a long time. I bought one and unfortunately it stopped working. Lucky for me I still had a warranty on it. I was able to call to troubleshoot it first, she then told me it was broken. I was able to get a replacement that was fast. Thank you, I am looking forward to enjoying my coffee again.
This was a replacement for a Keurig coffee maker whose descale light not going off. The new replacement’s coffee had a metallic taste to it. I used white vinegar in the water reservoir and followed with a full container of water and replaced the ffilter. The metallic taste is gone and the coffee tastes great.
Thanks so much for handling the warranty replacement on my K-Supreme brewer. Your customer service agent gave clear and easy instructions over the phone and followed up with an email instructions. The replacement brewer arrived in a matter of a couple of days. This is the forth Keurig brewer I’ve purchased and have been pleased with them all.
