Great warranty service

I've owned keurig coffee makers for quite a long time. I bought one and unfortunately it stopped working. Lucky for me I still had a warranty on it. I was able to call to troubleshoot it first, she then told me it was broken. I was able to get a replacement that was fast. Thank you, I am looking forward to enjoying my coffee again.

Great coffee maker but a few problems

This was a replacement for a Keurig coffee maker whose descale light not going off. The new replacement’s coffee had a metallic taste to it. I used white vinegar in the water reservoir and followed with a full container of water and replaced the ffilter. The metallic taste is gone and the coffee tastes great.

The replacement brewer arrived in a matter of a couple of days. This is the forth Keurig brewer I’ve purchased and have been pleased with them all.
