Bought a Keurig K-Supreme nine months ago and one morning it just would not turn on to brew a cup of coffee. Called the customer service number and talked with a representative and explained the situation. The rep quickly determined that the unit was inoperable and would need to replace. I received an email within a few minutes explaining the process of sending photos of the unit. Within a few days a new Keurig Supreme coffee maker was at my door. All is well now that I have my coffee in the morning. Customer Service Experience Was Outstanding! Highly Recommend Keurig Products!!
I had a Keurig Supreme Plus that would stop working after an add water indication. Made the call to support and was surprised by the support I received. It was a process but the more info you can supply makes the difference. I could not have ask for a more professional result. Great service.
After about 5 months of enjoyable use, I heard a "pop" sound, followed by an electrical burn-type smell. After that, it would not turn on. I reached out to Keurig by phone, with no wait time, and after a 10-15 minute conversation with the first person who answered the phone, I had a replacement on the way and in my hands within a week. I use it 3-4 times/day and really like it. Primarily just brew black coffee with an occasional iced coffee here and there. I highly suggest this brewer and am impressed with the great warranty support. Four stars simply because it failed after only five months. Five stars if it wouldn't have broken.

The K Supreme plus is an excellent machine I have received one for Christmas and just recently in August we had a problem and we called Keurig and with a few procedural items we had another one back in our house in 3 days and I'm happy to say we're enjoying it immensely
