I got this as a Christmas gift and it is great I had a problem with it got fried doing the first descaling but with the lady from Keurig on the phone at the time it happened and they sent me a new one it's all good great machine very happy with it I was very lonely till I got it back. I love the removable water picture it makes it great for cleaning and no light on it eliminates that bacteria that can grow with the other types of units easy to keep clean

On my fourth one since Christmas

Love the taste and the heat of this brewer however it stops working within two months. Sent three back so far now sending back the latest. I call they put me through th trouble shooting and make me send the unit back so the engineer can figure it out. I quess they haven’t So I will wait for them to mail me the next one

Would have 5 stars but my first coffee maker died after 1 month use. Keurig sent me a replacement. We'll see how long this one lasts. but the reservoir is very large and love the ability to save 3 personal preferences.
