Love/Hate with this brewer

I purchased this brewer last Sept (2020), and within 2 months it broke. Keurig replaced it, that one broke, another replacement, that one broke, and the third replacement again, broke! I love the brewer and its features, especially the new reservoir style and multistream technology, the coffee tastes great! However, I cannot enjoy a cup of coffee this morning because my machine is broken. I called Keurig, they are replacing AGAIN with a different style brewer, but I have read that has poor reviews as well. I do not want to give up on Keurig, been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but this is getting ridiculous!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
