This was a replacement for a Keurig coffee maker whose descale light not going off. The new replacement’s coffee had a metallic taste to it. I used white vinegar in the water reservoir and followed with a full container of water and replaced the ffilter. The metallic taste is gone and the coffee tastes great.
Thanks so much for handling the warranty replacement on my K-Supreme brewer. Your customer service agent gave clear and easy instructions over the phone and followed up with an email instructions. The replacement brewer arrived in a matter of a couple of days. This is the forth Keurig brewer I’ve purchased and have been pleased with them all.
We purchased the K-Supreme Plus machine last November and loved it up until this past August when the machine stopped working. We went to the point of purchase & was told to call Keurig directly. I called Keurig customer service. They were professional and competent. A new machine was mailed directly to us, as we were under the company warranty. I love my machine once again. Keurig did the right thing in customer service and I would strongly recommend their products.
This is a replacement for our second home. We love our K-Supreme. The only negative is when we do not use our pot for a long period of time the heating element dies.The End. This has happened twice.

Almost Perfect

This is our fourth Keurig. I must say it is my favorite of them all.
The positives- it looks sharp. The handle on the reservoir is the best improvement of all! I wish they had done this long ago. It helps tremendously if you remove the reservoir to the sink to fill or wash. It is nearly silent in operation so far. Time will tell if it gets noisy as scale covers the heating elements despite maintenance. I don't notice any dramatic improvement in flavor with the additional water outlets, but our favorite coffees taste good.
Negatives-I find a cleansing brew is needed after every cup. If you run just water through after coffee, the water is brown and full of grounds as viewed through a glass mug. I like to start with clean water! My husband is up and brewing hours before I am. So, I run the cleansing brew, then gently wipe the grounds off of the water outlets with a damp paper towel. Doing this after every cup leads to a descaling needed sooner as I recently found out. We were nowhere near 3-months, and the descale light was coming on. (The descale process is improved with this brewer as well.) I'm going to experiment with just wiping the water outlets and see how that works. I am just slightly confused with the descaling process. This model skips the 30-minute soak that the others required. That is fine with me. It saves time and more water flushing. But I'm not clear as to why that is eliminated with this brewer. So far in 3 months, we are overall pleased with this brewer, and I would recommend it.
