This replacement will be the third coffee maker this year. Two were defective. Very frustrating to go through this. I was following the Keurig descaling instructions exactly as directed and the coffee makers completely died. I loved the coffee maker when it was working.

I just love my Keruig brewers, I’ve had five over the years. The K-Supreme Plus is the best! it’s slimmer and more decorative for mine and today’s kitchens. Because mine was registered I was able to receive a replacement

Loved our K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker but what was even better was calling Customer Service for assistance when the coffee maker powered off & would not come back on. The service rep was very helpful & once it was determined that the unit needed to be replaced they helped me through the process & now I have my new K-Supreme Plus. Overall an AWESOME experience & they made it so easy.
