Purchased machine in January 2022 and in July, it no longer worked. Contacted Kuerig customer service. After explaining what happened and testing machine, a no charge replacement was the solution since the machine was still under warranty. Thanks Keurig for minimizing my morning coffee experience.
Thanks for the excellent customer service with this replacement Keurig Supreme Plus unit. It is working perfectly now. Initially at first few brews, we had a plastic taste but that has now subsided.

I was having issues with the unit not working after my first descaling cycle. After walking me through how to check if it was something else they helped me to replace the unit. I was very pleased with the solution.
They sent a brand new brewer ... that didn't work!

I got a replacement K- Supreme Plus because mine was not brewing with the correct amount of water. I was so thrilled they replaced it but the brand new one would only put out a very small amount of water about every 4th or 5th cup. I called them back and they walked me through the whole check orocess. For the two cups if coffee we brewed, they both happened to work. I keot telling them it didn't happen in every cup but they insisted the coffee maker wasn't defective because two cups worked. I asked to speak to a manager. One wasn't available but they would have them call the nectar day. No call!
