My coffee maker quit working about 9 months after purchase. Called the help line and could not get the machine to work. It was still under warranty so after sending in the required documentation (photos of brewer and sales slip) I was told it would be 7-10 business days to receive a new coffee maker. That was on a Monday. By Wednesday (2 days later) I had a new machine. Great work customer service.
We had an issue with our Keurig brewer which was approximately 6 months old. Contacted customer service and they walked us through the process and had a new brewer to us within a few days!
My only disappointment with this was that Keurigs customer support was very unhelpful with clear directions on what pictures and notes were needed in order to get a replacement unit for the machine that would not come out of the Descaling mode. They did send the replacement, but it was certainly a frustrating experience.
I recently could not get the descale light to turn off on my Keurig K Supreme Plus. Unfortunately, I followed someone's advice on YouTube and ended-up shorting out my Keurig. I explained this to the Keurig Customer Service representative and without question he sent me a new Keurig. Because I had registered my Keurig when it was new, and had saved my receipt, the process was a breeze. I could not be happier !!

Not sure if this is the exact model I recently purchased, but similar. Love my keurig! The only thing I don't like about thr newer model is the reusable k cup that allows you to brew your own coffee. The older models allowed for easy to use pods but this one is a whole separate cartridge and it's not the easiest to fill/clean.

Our office Keurig that was still under warrantee stopped working on a Thursday. I called and by Monday we had a new machine shipped to us. The whole office is a Keurig fan for life.
