We had an issue with our recently purchased coffee maker and called customer service....4 days later a new machine was delivered to us at no cost!! Simple easy transaction! Awesome coffee maker!!!
I want to thank the Keurig company for their prompt and courteous service in regards to the warranty of my Keurig K Supreme coffee maker they made my experience so wonderful. They really stand behind their product and it is so nice to see now a days
Love my Keurig , but this particular model I have now replaced TWICE.. within a year of purchase or replacement, this last time I asked if they would not mind replacing it with a better one , but was told no.. that’s fine but with the way things are going .. Keurig will be replacing it each year!!
The Keurig Supreme is by far the best coffee maker I have ever owned. The features are great, but the taste is incredible. I'm a bit nervous that not even six months after purchase, the unit would not complete the descaling process and quit working. But thankfully, Keurig provides a one year warranty. The process was pretty easy and straightforward with just a minor hiccup trying to clarify what information and pic's needed to be submitted. My only reason for four stars.The representative I spoke with was very reassuring, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. From start to finish the process took about 10 to 15 minutes. Part of that was because I didn't have a Keurig account on-line, but the representative just created one for me. Perfect! The new unit would take 7-10 business days to arrive, instead it was on my doorstep in 2!! Wow! This unit also has a 1 year warranty. Additionally, I was told to keep the old unit for spare parts since my model was no longer being made. That saved me from having to blx it up and ship it back. That was a nice surprise. Thank you, Keurig, for such an amazing cup of coffee everyday and the excellent customer service!
I recently had an issue with my K-Supreme Plus single serve coffee machine. I called customer service for assistance and they pleasantly offered to replace the malfunctioning machine. I have been pleased with the quality of the coffee and the ease of preparing a cup. The new machine works very nicely.
