This is a replacement for the same model that only lasted four months. May have been defective but the replacement is making our coffee dreams come true again. Fingers crossed!
I got this model of Keurig for Christmas and loved it! I got the descale light on so I began running the descales thru it and rinsed and rinsed it. Then it just stopped working. It was very hot so I probably should have let it cool off. I couldn’t get it to restart after unplugging it and letting it rest. I tried other tricks but no luck so I called the Keurig help line to see if there was a reset button somewhere that I couldn’t see. They were very helpful but it still didn’t start. They took my information. I received a replacement from them after a few pictures were mailed to them. So surprised to have a great experience. Thank you Keurig!
Our Keurig had only been used maybe 5-10 times & stopped turning on. I contacted Keurig & explained the issue. The customer service rep was excellent & instructed me on how to proceed for a replacement. We had our new replacement Keurig delivered to our door in just a few days. The over all warranty experience was fantastic. I am a Keurig customer for life.
Great customer service. My Keurig K-supreme plus stopped working yesterday. I called Thier customer service line, was answered quite quickly, within minutes had my problem resolved. Received an email around 2 minutes after the call, followed the instructions and replied . Within minutes Received another email stating everything had been processed and a replacement was on it's way. Great experience, would highly recommend Keurig to everyone. Thanks for your support..
I was gifted this coffeemaker in March of this year. My wife and I absolutely love it. For some reason it stopped working during the descaling process. I contacted Keurig and after providing proof of purchase, they sent me a new one. I don't know many companies that have such great customer service.
