I bought my Keurig and was so pleased with the quality. Unfortunately I did run into an issue that was a total accident that caused my machine to stop working (I was within the one year warranty). So i called Keurig customer support and they were so kind. The told me how to trouble shoot and when that didn’t work they immediately agreed to send a new one. No muss no fuss. They made it so easy, I could not be happier with the customer service. My new one came within a week.
I like the addition of the handle on the water reservoir and that it holds more water. Once a K-cup is placed in the holder and you shut the lid. It starts brewing in approximately 5 seconds. It’s their best unit so far.
My new K-Supreme plus is wonderful! I honestly couldn’t be happier unless the coffee was intravenously hooked up lol . It’s fast , hot , strong and beautiful! I strongly recommend this product! The representative that helped me, I wish I could remember his name but, he was phenomenal. The man needs a raise. He listened to everything I had to say he honestly seemed like he understood and was compassionate to my feelings on the situation.

When it stopped working, I reached out on your toll-free number and was kindly assisted in arranging for a replacement brewer (after verifying the serial number of the brewer I was gifted). I appreciate the professionalism and attention from you company in replacing the gift from my son when a glitch prevented the original brewer from functioning. Once we figured out we need to set the "high altitude" setting to this machine, it's worked like a dream! The multi punch feature for the pods is key to a full bodied cup of coffee. We have gifted this machine several times and customer service has been great for our questions.
I love the K-Supreme Plus design - it's slim & sleek, easy to fill, heats up water only when you are making a cup, and overall does a great job. However, this is the fourth K-Supreme Plus coffee maker I've had in 8 months. The previous 3 have all worked for a while and then stopped working or stopped working properly. One lasted only 2 weeks. Reliability has been so poor, no way I can recommend it. Previous older Keurig coffee makers have lasted years (yes, even without regular descaling) with zero problems. By the way, no difference in coffee taste or brew quality between the K-Supreme Plus and older Keurig coffee makers.
