I got this as a replacement from the company. Great customer service. Love how you can customize your drink and save your favorite brew. With the touch of one button your coffee is brewing. The heating element is excellent, makes a piping hot cup of coffee
We received a new Keurig as a gift for Christmas last year. It began to show problems in May. I looked at the book that came with it and thought I would call and review my issues with the company. The process was a bit cumbersome with attaching picture of SSN and the actual coffee maker. I called again since I did not seem to upload the pictures correctly. I was told to take new pictures and try again. I received an email within a day that they would replace the maker with a new one and it would be shipped to my house. WOW! I am thankful!
I had my k-supreme plus for 3 months. I loved it! I like choosing temperature, brew size, strength and saving choices with the touch of a button. However, while descaling machine, it shut off and would not come back on. After all troubleshooting suggestions were tried, I was sent a warranty replacement. This one must be refurbished because it is very loud and it continues to make brewing noises well after the brew is complete. I no longer love this brewer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my keurig home brewer! We had the classic keurig for several years and decided it was time to upgrade to a new model as ours was beginning to not brew as effectively. The new Supreme plus has a few new features like temperature and size settings and is a little more compact than our other one. I love my coffee super hot and this works to get me the perfect cup!

Not very happy with Keurig coffee makers or company. This particular coffee maker splashes coffee all over my counter tops. I use a 16 oz cup. There is no reason this should happen.

Great features, weak support

I bought the K-Supreme Plus-C a couple of weeks ago for my wife (I don't drink coffee). She likes the features, such as the large water container, but thinks the coffee is too strong, set at the minimum strength setting. I can't adjust it , and can't find out how to contact someone about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
