I called tech support regarding our fairly new Keurig. After some trouble shooting with the tech it was determined that they would replace the coffee machine. Thanks for the great service!
First one blew up descaling and Keurig replaced it . Second one blew up while descaling Keurig replaced it. Third one permanently shut off while descaling and Keurig replaced it so I took the faulty one apart and found the problem was the overheat switch that I then RESET ! ! WHY DON'T YOU GUYS PUT A RESET SWITCH ON YOUR UNITS ? ? ? ?
I contacted Keurig after my brewer shut itself off while descaling & it would not turn back on. It was less than 1 year old. After providing the documentation they requested, I was informed that they would be sending me a new Keurig to replace the defective one, They stood by their product!
This is a replacement coffeemaker. The first one just made steam and died. This is the first time that has ever happened and I have owned one since they first came out. At least 10 maybe more. Only reason is I like the new features. I love the fact that you have a nice fresh cup of coffee every time . Oh yes Keurig replaced the coffee maker.
This is my favorite coffee maker yet. I love my coffee hotter and stronger. Unfortunately it started short pouring after four months. Customer service was amazing and I had a replacement at my house within a week. Here’s hoping it lasts because, again, it is my all time favorite!
