The coffee maker we purchased was not brewing the number of ounces selected; customer service walked me through thoroughly cleaning the coffee maker and after it was determined that it had an issue, the coffee maker was replaced.
I love my new Keurig, coffee can be preprogrammed for strength and temperature, so convenient and the taste of the coffee is the best, better then perk. And the service from Keurig is the absolute best in the business
I received this as a gift last Christmas. It stopped working. I was lucky that it was still under warranty to receive new one. Customer service was excellent. I received a new one in 3 days. It's under a new warranty for a year. We'll see. I haven't had much luck with Keurig machines.

I was so upset over many problems with high-tech pots, but she sent me the Keurig Supreme and we LOVE IT! It brews fast and extremely easy to use. Letesha went over and above common customer service.
