I love the space saving design and the handle on the reservoir. The fact that I don't have to wait for it to warm up before brewing is great, but it does overall brew slower than my previous Keurig 2.0 model. The coffee tastes great and I'm overall glad I decided to replace my 7 year old Keurig with this.

Broke within a week - NO power same as the first

We have an older unit that is still working well but we bought a NEW one to upgrade.
We are still using the old one as both NEW failed. Both with no power, don't turn on.
I have to call and go through the same troubleshooting process to get a replacement but not sure if it is worth the time.

How to store in the wintertime? I live in Alaska and have one for my RV how can I dump the water from the heat chamber to empty and store for winter so it doesn't freeze? Gerry Carter gee
