This is a replacement coffeemaker. The first one just made steam and died. This is the first time that has ever happened and I have owned one since they first came out. At least 10 maybe more. Only reason is I like the new features. I love the fact that you have a nice fresh cup of coffee every time . Oh yes Keurig replaced the coffee maker.
This is my favorite coffee maker yet. I love my coffee hotter and stronger. Unfortunately it started short pouring after four months. Customer service was amazing and I had a replacement at my house within a week. Here’s hoping it lasts because, again, it is my all time favorite!
We bought this 3 months ago with the feature of using reusable filter. Machine is compact and easy to use, we like it a lot. Unfortunately we noticed some defects after using it for 2 months. After talking to customer support, we got an replacement within a week! Great service and we are continuing enjoy our coffee.
I applied for a replacement under the warranty because the Keurig wouldn’t turn on after using it for about 7 months. I received a replacement in just a few days after reporting it by phone.
