I love this coffee maker but when I tried to discal it with Keurig D scaler and I followed the directions exactly, the coffee maker wouldn't come back on so that was the only draw back. I called Keurig and they worked with me and replaced it which I was very grateful for. I would highly recommend this item and as far as dealing with Keurig they have been awesome.
I called tech support regarding our fairly new Keurig. After some trouble shooting with the tech it was determined that they would replace the coffee machine. Thanks for the great service!
First one blew up descaling and Keurig replaced it . Second one blew up while descaling Keurig replaced it. Third one permanently shut off while descaling and Keurig replaced it so I took the faulty one apart and found the problem was the overheat switch that I then RESET ! ! WHY DON'T YOU GUYS PUT A RESET SWITCH ON YOUR UNITS ? ? ? ?
I contacted Keurig after my brewer shut itself off while descaling & it would not turn back on. It was less than 1 year old. After providing the documentation they requested, I was informed that they would be sending me a new Keurig to replace the defective one, They stood by their product!
