I received my Kuerig for Christmas and it quit working six months later. After calling customer support with no purchase receipt (it was a gift) a new replacement was shipped within a week. Great customer service!!!
Descaled machine per instructions and machine would not turn on afterwards. Notified customer service and machine was promptly replaced.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great but descales won't stop

I am on my third one of these. Each one tells me to descale. I follow the directions useing the descaleing solution and it would not stop saying descale. I tried distilled white vinegar and still says descaling. It should have a reset button after you descale it.
I bought our first machine in November 2021 and it stopped working (would no longer power on) by July 2022. The replacement they sent stopped working 5 DAYS later (would brew 1oz and then shut down). I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KEURIG AGAIN.
