We had a unit that was about 7 months old and would not clean properly. The company stood behind the product and replaced it with no questions asked. I will always be a Keurig loyalist. it is worth paying for a quality product from a quality company. Thansk for the great service.
Keurig did replace the brand new coffee maker I purchased that was defective from the get go with very little hassle. Kind of makes me question the quality of Keurig products that a brand new machine wouldn't work though. The new KCups are NOT user friendly. In order to use it you have to take 2 pieces off. It's a hassle.
Our office Keurig recently stopped working. We were lucky it was under the one year warranty. I called and requested a new machine and the young lady helping was so pleasant. She sent me detailed emails explaining what all they needed from us and by the next morning our new Keurig was on the way to the office. By the end of the week we had the new machine.
We had an issue with our first K-Supreme Plus and with one to call Keurig our problem was resolved. The Coffee Maker produces an excellent cup of Joe every time.
I had a problem with the coffee maker that couldn't be fixed(tho they tried) Keurig sent me a replacement at no charge. (I needed my receipt so keep yours). Honestly I was so surprised and pleased with the service I received. Thank you
