So far this machine is working very well. I am actually going down in size from an office brewer that was a workhorse, but took up a lot of space and wasn’t very attractive on my counter. I love the size of this and it still has a large water reservoir. I really like that it punches multiple holes on top and I remember to push down on the k-cup to make sure the bottom is seated correctly. The few times I forgot it still brewed fine, but I’m trying to get in the habit of doing it myself. I love the simple controls and you can program up to three preferred brews. Coffee is brewed well and accurately. I really love this machine, but time will tell how it holds up. Will it still work as well a year from now? I hope so

I bought this three weeks ago and I love the temperature and strength settings. This Keurig makes the coffee nice and hot. Much better than the first three Keurig's I owned. The reservoir is also on the back out of the way with a great handle.

Good coffee maker. Heats up much quicker than the old Keurigs. The multi stream seems to make the coffee taste better and richer. The water tank is much better at refilling with the handle. The looks of the machine is very modern and looks good. The strength and temp control are good features. The presets make things simple
Only bad thing i can say is the coffee kind of sprays out and splatters a lot. Kind of messy.

This my 3rd Keurig coffee maker and the Supreme plus does not disappoint. It is very simple to operate (I love the saved user buttons) and set up is a breeze. It makes a quick and very hot cup of coffee. It allows you to adjust coffee strength and temperature depending on your preference and those features work fantastic.
