Love the programmable features especially setting and saving favorites. The Customer Service Dept is very helpful and I love that when you call you immediately are connected to a real person!
I received my replacement coffee maker after repeated tries. The original only lasted 3 months, we will see how long this one last. Even with the temperature control, I still can't get hot coffee. It's already almost cold by the time it's finished until I get to my seat. I dislike having to microwave my coffee to drink. This coffee maker is no where as good as the one it replaced. I had that one 7 years and the coffee was set to 192 degrees. The best coffeemaker I've had from them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first K-Supreme lasted 7 months my replacement lasted 3 months!! When it works, it makes great coffee -m the operative word is WHEN. 1st one smoked and stopped working - 2nd made 2 ounces of coffee no matter what setting and coffee grounds exploded all over the inside of the machine. (I've seen exact pictures on other reviews). I have to say that the customer service has been great - it's the product that stinks.
My Keurig stopped working 6 months after I got it. Customer service was great. The representative was very helpful and walked me through receiving a replacement. I loved the operation of my first one and received a new Keurig in less than a week no questions asked.
