Good Brewer - Not So Good App

The whole selling point of this brewer was all the techy stuff it can do. BrewID, saving 10 different settings, auto re-ordering, etc. Well the app sucks. Only syncs to the brewer 1 way. If I create a favorite on the brewer it shows up in the app, but if I re-name the favorite or create a favorite in the app it never shows up in the brewer. Huh? This thing has been out a year before I took the plunge to get one. How are the bugs now worked out? Calls to customer service was oh we have to get back to you in 48 hours. Frustrated. Would have been better off getting a lower model and getting less features that actually work. Thinking about returning....
K-Supreme Plus just shut off and wouldn't come back on just shy of 1 year since purchase. Keurig customer service talked me through some attempts to fix it but when those didn't work they emailed instructions for the info they needed to do a replacement under the warranty and a new machine was shipped out the next day after receiving my email with the needed info.
My old one would just shut down halfway through a cycle and always say descale and after doing it over and over I called and they said oh ok and said it was still in warranty and sent a new one out! I love it.
I called about my Keurig coffee maker not working and the representative told me how to submit a request for a replacement. Within three days, I had a new Keurig and back to enjoying my morning Joe.
I received this coffeemaker as a replacement for one I bought at Christmas. I descaled it but the “Descale” notice would not go away. I am very impressed with Keurig’s customer service. Also makes great coffee!
We were disappointed when our coffee maker would not power on. I had registered it when I purchased it. I called Keurig, gave my serial number and learned that it was still in warranty. Once I sent the requested photos, I was given an order number. The process was easier than I had anticipated. Thank you to all involved in the process!
