I bought my Keurig and it was working great. We decided to use it in our 30 amp RV. It did not work well and went out right way. The Keurig stated it would work with the 30 amps but did not. So I called Keurig and they made good with the warranty and sent me a new one. Thanks Keurig and I would suggest not to use it in your RV.
I bought my keurig about 2 months ago. But one day, it stopped working. I don't know why. I contacted the Company and immediately the send me another machine. This new one has performed very well and delivers the best tasting coffee! I love it!
My Keurig coffee maker started acting up after 6 months of use. I called them and after a few troubleshooting steps, they gladly offered to send me a replacement.
The key rig replacement process is fantastic and revived my new keurig arrived within a week. Was disappointed that it needed to be replaced within 6 mos though when it completely shut down.
The replacement process is easy and quick. I got the replacement the next day after I submit the claim.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement machine- spits everywhere

My original machine stopped working within a year so I was sent a replacement. The new one spits coffee EVERYWHERE! I use a taller cup to prevent it but that doesn’t even help. It goes everywhere and it is super annoying.
