I bought the brewer about 15 months ago. I liked the features and the coffee it made. Then, after doing a descaling operation, as indicated by a message in the display, the "Descale" message would not go away. After contacting customer service, and determining that nothing would reset the message, the rep offered to replace the machine, even though it was beyond warranty. I received the replacement machine and it works great. Happy customer here.
I rec'd this original coffee maker as a Christmas gift this past December. However, as I was doing the Descale procedure it suddenly lost power and could not power back up. Keurig was kind enough to send a replacement along with 2 free boxed of K-cups for my trouble. I really appreciate that.
I was given the K-Supreme Plus as a housewarming gift. A few months later it stopped working. Kurieg replaced the coffee maker quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased with the service.

I received a replacement for a defective coffee maker within warranty but the replacement was just as bad if not worse than the one it replaced. There seems to be some type of short in the replacement and I have to fight to get the type of cup of coffee I want. I had to fight so hard to get the replacement that I have chosen to wait until this one dies then get a different brand of coffee maker.
