Great features and Idea, BUT

Worked great for 5 days making 1 cup each day using filtered water. Then, with the water tank full, kept erring out flashing ADD Water. From what I read on line, this is a problem with these, the water line sucks closed and then doesn't work. Mine just stopped working all together. I did all the troubleshooting and nothing. Chat wasn't much help except for them to tell me to call a number! I did, but the wait kept getting extended so I hung up. Took my brewer back to the store for a full refund. Should never had stopped working like that, poor design for sure. Trying the same brand I had before that lasted for several years!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible coffeemaker

I bought this coffeemaker about 6 months ago, the coffeemaker did make good coffee, and liked the stron brew and differentsize cups, but I have had to descal twice. This last experience has been very unsatisfying after descaling coffeemaker shut off and would not turn back on.so I called to see if they would replace unit since I did send in a warranty card, but since I did not keep my receipt after sending them picture, problem, and s/n. They refused to honor the warranty. Very disappointing since we have had 2 other Keurigs in the past 20 years but will now take my business to another company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Improvements made

So far this machine is working very well. I am actually going down in size from an office brewer that was a workhorse, but took up a lot of space and wasn’t very attractive on my counter. I love the size of this and it still has a large water reservoir. I really like that it punches multiple holes on top and I remember to push down on the k-cup to make sure the bottom is seated correctly. The few times I forgot it still brewed fine, but I’m trying to get in the habit of doing it myself. I love the simple controls and you can program up to three preferred brews. Coffee is brewed well and accurately. I really love this machine, but time will tell how it holds up. Will it still work as well a year from now? I hope so
