We enjoy our coffee machine. We had an issue with the machine. We contacted customer service. They listened, explained the warranty process, we followed it. A week later a new coffee machine arrived.
My replacement arrived several days later than promised so, being without coffee, I had to go and buy a new Keurig. Now I have the replacement sitting in my pantry. Slow shipping is not good!
Keurig broke after about one month of use. Customer service was easy to deal with and provided a replacement quickly. Makes great coffee, much better than the older model I had been using.
I’m on my 3rd replacement of the K-Supreme Plus Single Serve Coffee Maker in the past 2 years. The people I have spoke to at Keurig are very nice, but sometimes hard to understand. I would not recommend this coffee maker.
I am a Keurig fan. I own three of them. Last month the one I had less than a year stopped working. After contacting customer service and troubleshooting a few things, it was determined to be caput. That very day I was told it would be replaced at no cost and no shipping fee. My new one arreved two days later! Thank you Keurig!!

This is a replacement for a k-supreme plus single serve coffee maker. If I had written this review prior to today I would have given it a 5+. Today I encountered the same problem I had with the 2 other k-supreme plus coffee makers that I had to replace. Today it took me 6 tries to a 12 ounce cup of coffee. I wondered when I open the box if this machine was new or a refurbished machine. I really hope it was refurbished I hate think this line of coffee makers are all very poor products, but 3 out of 3 all bad. There is definitely a problem with these coffee makes
I purchased this in October 2021. Approximately three months after purchase it began malfunctioning. Machine would brew but only about 2 oz per serving. Tried to descale multiple times using Keurig cleaning solution. Nothing worked. Finally called Keurig for help. Keurig agreed that it was malfunctioning and sent me a new k-supreme plus.
